Regarding the trailer: Yay!

My only criticism: I don't know about using the scratchy film effect so soon after Grindhouse.

Otherwise, this preview is super-awesome fun! I hope the movie will deliver similar amounts of fast cutting and cool rock music. You're going to be the darling of Sidewalk next year!

Dang, I really wished I could have come to the thing last night, but for multiple reasons, I just couldn't. Was it great?

A fair criticism about the GRINDHOUSE effect. But I was trying to make the titles look like they were shot on film in 1983 and poorly preserved. I think it fits with the visual tone of the movie, which is kind of "retro future."

As for the screening last night, I only got to stay for half, but it was great. The audience was standing room only, and the screening area that Todd set up was really nice.

I think you got 1974 out of that teaser!
Yes!

I think the effect works well. I myself said "Only...AT THE GRINDHOUSE!!!" after I finished watching it. I'd say that's a compliment, because I think of Planet Terror as being some fantastic VHS from an alternate universe's 1987. Can't wait to see the film!

You can never go "too far"!

Filmed in xenovision widescreen?! I love it! Lots of great images. Aliens legs look awesome (though I'm more of a boob man myself). Hand in the cave looks good too.

Damn, but that looks like it's gonna be a fun flick.
