When I get a couple of free hours (ha), I'll write the epic post about our trip to the lab on Friday to witness the transfer of Day One footage to high def. Until then, here are a few screen grabs from the footage.
Chuck...
Michael...
Amanda...
Chuck cropped to widescreen, just for kicks...
Click any of the pictures if you want to see the full-sized high def version. Also, I wish I could show you more, but the Day One stuff is full of what the kids on the Internet would call "spoilers."

Awesome! That Chuck sure is one charismatic feller.
In your next post, can u give us indie geeks a list of who is in the case and crew?
The color corrects look GREAT! Yeah, do wide screen! (For overseas though, you'll have to have a standard-def 1.33:1, but you can pull that from your HD version). Very sexy stuff you're shootin' there!
Andrew,
I actually considered widescreen for a while (2.4:1 aspect ratio), but I figured we'd end up cheating so many shots that a narrower field of view (1.85:1 aspect ratio) makes more sense.
The stills actually look a little dark on my PC here at work. Must be the gamma difference between Macs and PCs.
I am very happy with the prime lenses, but I'll go into the details about that in a later post.
Kidat40,
Good idea about the cast and crew listing. I'll do that ASAP.
I'm just so impressed that a guy from Chilton County could end up with such artistic talent, considering we didn't get art in our curriculum! I'm wondering why all of the creativity ended up in my big brother's brain...
Looking good Chance!
I love you!
Who knows where to download XRumer 5.0 Palladium?
